1. Reference sheet E400, ‘Circuit ID’ XFMR-1 to UTILITY DG METER and UTILITY DG METER to ACDS-1, OCPD sizes. This sheet shows an OCPD of 350A for these circuits. But the line diagrams on Sheets E200 and E300 show a fused disconnect of 400A. These two OCPD sizes should match at 350A. Please clarify and fix this discrepancy.

Comment: Please resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

This site is located in the C-2 (UDC 4.7.21) and R-3 (UDC 4.7.12) zones.

1. Comment: Per UDC Article 3.3.3.G.2.c, a site plan (Development Package) is required for the following types of development: Existing development undergoing a change of use, building structure additions, and/or a reconfiguration of an area outside a building. A Development Package (DP) meeting the requirements of the Checklist for Minor Changes to Commercial/Industrial Sites is required to be submitted and approved. The DP is a separate submittal from the building plans. The checklist can be found at:
