This letter reflects comments to be addressed. Provide updated Plans/calculations and a written response Letter to each of the notated items indicating action taken. Resubmitted plans that do not contain a written response Letter addressing each of the notated items indicating action taken, may be delayed until response letter is received. Code reference, 2018 International Building Code (IBC), 2017 National Electrical Code (NEC). 1. Reference sheet E400, ‘Circuit ID’ XFMR-1 to UTILITY DG METER and UTILITY DG METER to ACDS-1, OCPD sizes. This sheet shows an OCPD of 350A for these circuits. But the line diagrams on Sheets E200 and E300 show a fused disconnect of 400A. These two OCPD sizes should match at 350A. Please clarify and fix this discrepancy. This site is located in the C-2 (UDC 4.7.21) and R-3 (UDC 4.7.12) zones. 1. Comment: Per UDC Article 3.3.3.G.2.c, a site plan (Development Package) is required for the following types of development: Existing development undergoing a change of use, building structure additions, and/or a reconfiguration of an area outside a building. A Development Package (DP) meeting the requirements of the Checklist for Minor Changes to Commercial/Industrial Sites is required to be submitted and approved. The DP is a separate submittal from the building plans. Site zoning is unable to approve this building permit until the DP has been approved by all reviewers. 2.
