We will need separate permit applications for each PV CARPORT, this permit will be used for the ROOF ARRAY 2 as a MASTER PERMIT. We will link the pending five permit applications to this permit but will require that you submit a written description to clarify which canopy is assigned for each permit. For example, enter this in the description field: "MASTER SET LOCATED AT: TC-COM-1025-01788 1202 W MIRACLE MILE, TUCSON, AZ 85719 , WITH REVIEWS TO BE PERFORMED FOR: TC-COM-XXXX-XXXXX (add permit number and address and continue until all FIVE permits are listed." You may utilize this header on all correspondence and when resubmitting plans/documents. The plan review will be conducted on the MASTER PERMIT ONLY but the remaining FIVE permits will need to be activated by you when resubmitting by uploading a comment response letter to all permits, the document type will be CONSTRUCTION PLANS or SITE PLAN. Plans will not be required on the remaining permits, only the MASTER PERMIT. Please upload the MASTER PERMIT letter as the construction plan file type on the remaining permits each time. Please notify me when you apply for these permits so that I may set them up accordingly. I also need to know how you want to divide the Valuation amount of $768,708. I can divide the amount between all six permit or you can assign a value to each PV CARPORT and the ROOF.
