1. GENERAL - UPDATES: For project updates, please submit sheets with all changes clearly marked in revision clouds.
Please provide a written response to each comment; updates without a clear response to all comments may not be reviewed. If you have any questions regarding the comments, you may contact me directly. Updates may result in
additional comments.
2. GENERAL - MECHANICAL LOADS: The Mechanical Plan, M1.0, and the Mechanical Schedules, M2.0, indicate that new rooftop equipment is being installed. Because these units exceed 300 lb, a professional engineer is required to
evaluate the existing framing and provide documentation that the roof has sufficient capacity to support the proposed loads. This documentation must carry the seal and signature of the evaluating engineer. If reinforcement of the roof is
required, sealed details must also be provided.

1. E2.1 Missing description for Power Plan Key Note #20.
2. E4.0 Existing Riser Diagram #1 shows a 45 amp CB feeding the 112.5 KVA transformer. This is undersized and does not correlate with MDP panel schedule on sheet E4.1. Correct/coordinate to show actual conditions. Panel names
also not coordinated.
3. E4.0 does not show new surge protection that is shown by MDP panel schedule on sheet E4.1.
4. E5.0 Should show (existing?) pull stations at all required exits. This is required per NFPA 72 and may be required per local code. Confirm if not required per local code or comply and show existing or new.
