Provide updated Plans/calculations and a written response Letter to each of the notated items indicating action taken. Resubmitted plans that do not contain a written response Letter addressing each of the notated items indicating action taken, may be delayed until response letter is received.

1. Each address associated with an electrical meter must be shown on the plan-set of the permit. Each address must also be listed on the permits. You will need to file for an address change request to have all the addresses listed on the permit.

2. Pima County records only show 4 addresses on this parcel and only 4 meters can be seen on the South side of the building. Please clarify where the 5th meter is located and what address it is associated with.
3. Resubmit updated plans to show the correct addresses.
