Please provide a complete, detailed set of fully dimensioned plans demonstrating the full scope of work shall be provided. All plans must be sealed and signed by an Architect or Engineer registered in the State of Arizona. SECTION 107 of the 2018 IBC and the PDSD Building Plan Requirements. Provide drawings of the roof with roof slopes, with details of the underlayment, connection, flashing, drip edge, etc 2. Please also include the following: A. A cover sheet or code data sheet is provided. IBC 107.2.1 B. A list of the year and name of the adopted applicable codes from the adopting ordinance. IBC 107.2.1 C.
