COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings and a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.


1. Comment: Zoning has reviewed the building plans but cannot approve them until Development Package TD-DEV-0624-00187 has been approved.
2. Previous Comment 2 still applies: Per UDC 7.4.6.E.2., the minimum canopy clearance is 15 ft. Sheet A6.0 shows a dimensioned canopy height of 10’6”. Correct the canopy height to meet the minimum clearance.
