This site is located in the P-I zone (UDC 4.7.28).

COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings and a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.


1. Comment: Zoning has reviewed the building plans but cannot approve them until Development Package TD-DEV-0624-00187 has been approved.
2. Comment: Per UDC 7.4.6.E.2., the minimum canopy clearance is 15 ft. Sheet A6.0 shows a dimensioned canopy height of 10’6”. Correct the canopy height to meet the minimum clearance.
3. Comment: On the Building Elevations, sheet A6.0, add a notation dimensioning the height from the top of the pavement around the drive through lane.
4. Comment: Zoning will review the building plans on the next submittal as it relates to the zoning review purview and compare the plans to ensure consistency with the DP.
5. Comment: Additional comments may be forthcoming on the next review based on the proposed use and applicable use specific standards.
