Resubmit revised drawings detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

This site is located in the R-1 zone (UDC 4.7.8). Religious Use is a permitted uses in this zone (Table 4.8-2).

1. The provided plans reference a “DAYCARE”. This daycare is not shown on the last approved plans, T06CM04430. Clarify if this daycare is for strictly used during religious functions of if this is a daycare that is operated as a full time daycare.

2. Based on aerial photos the vehicle parking as shown on the provided site plan has been expanded. Zoning was not able to find an approved site/development package for this expansion. Per UDC Article 3.3.3.G.2.c A site plan (Development Package) is required for the following types of development: Existing development undergoing a change of use, building structure additions, and/or a reconfiguration of an area outside a building. A development package (DP) meeting the requirements of the Checklist for Minor Changes to Commercial/Industrial Sites is required to be submitted and approved. The DP is a separate submittal from the building plans. The required DP must be submitted and approved prior to approval of this building plan.
