Code reference, 2018 International Residential Code (IRC), 2017 National Electrical Code (NEC). 1. This scope of work is already covered under an existing permit: T22CM04385 (225 E MEDINA RD TUCSON, AZ 85756). Please resubmit to the existing permit and resolve the previous review comments. This new permit will need to be withdrawn. 2. No permit history could be found for the electric gate, the “Existing Electric Pedestal for Automatic Gate”, or the “New Office”. In your resubmittal to T22CM04385, include permit numbers for these items or include them in the full scope of work. 3.
