Please remove all the stamps/seal/signatures/dates of previous building permit approvals from the drawing. 3. The City is assuming the Office Structure is existing. If so, please label it a existing. 4. The Site Plan is too small. Please enlarge it making it more ligible and readable. 5. Submit a photo of the state insignia/decal attached to the frame of the modular structure. 6. Please resubmit. |

Please see the commercial building comments. 2. As it appears there are changes to the exterior of the building, namely, the new 4' wide concrete pedestrian access sidewalk, ADA ramps, signs, and planters, a Development Package will be required per UDC 3.3.3.A.
