The electrical review comments are not completely addressed. 1. Previous review comment to “provide a detailed description in the electrical plans of the electrical scope of work proposed”, is not addressed. 1a. Is the being re-wired? 1b. Is all the lighting, switches, receptacles, electrical devices, mechanical, electrical water heater, being replaced? 1. The written response addresses review comments made by SafeBuilt. The review for this Activity was reviewed by the City of Tucson. Verify that the response letter is not intended for a different project. 2. The electrical line diagrams call out for the replacement of the 100 amp sub panel “Like for Like’, however the load calculations show a total panel load of 103 amps and the feeders to the sub panel are undersized, NEC art’s 215, 220. Provide a complete and accurate electrical line diagram from the electrical source to the sub-panel. 3. The panel schedule does not correlate with the electrical devices and equipment shown in the load calculations, NEC art 408.4. 4. Provide a complete electrical and lighting floor plan with plan notes showing in detail what exactly the scope of work involves, (What is existing to remain and what is new) and show branch circuit designations for all devices and plumbing/mechanical equipment as applicable that correlates with the panel schedule.. 5. Provide complete luminaire schedule. Also address the 2018 IECC requirements for the lighting. 6. Provide compliance with the 2012 City of Tucson Outdoor Lighting Code if applicable. Provide electrical design and calculations performed by an Arizona registrant who has demonstrated proficiency through registration, education, technical knowledge, or experience to perform such work.
