This site is located in the C-2 & MH-1 zones (UDC 4.7.21 & 4.7.10). Multifamily is an allowed use in the zones, (UDC Tables 4.8-4 &4.8-2) 1. Zoning has reviewed the building plans for compliance with Development Package (DP) TD-DEV-1023-00435 and although it appears that the plans match until the DP is approved by all review agencies Zoning cannot approve this plan. 2. The development package sheets provided in the building plan set either need to be the stamped approved plans, marked for reference only, or removed from the building set.
