| 11/09/2023 | Signs | REQUIRES RESUBMIT | Below are comments on the electrical repair first submittal for COT ID# 434 at 3505 East Grant Road (TC-COM-1023-02510) Sheet 1 of 1 1. In Billboard Notes, delete one of the two duplicative Notes #10 & #11 and renumber to conform. 2. In aerial photograph underlay plan, add dimension from north edge of billboard footprint to north property line. Sheet 2 of 2 1. Attach documentation that the prior removal of the electrical service line was required by the Grant Road Improvement Project (e.g., a copy of notice(s) from COT or one of its contractors or agents that the existing electrical service was to be removed due to requirements of the road project and when such removal was scheduled for). 2. In Poster Panel Notes, add brief description of and reference to the attached/added documentation that removal of the existing electrical service line was required by the Grand Road Improvement Project (see Note #1 above). 3. In 1st paragraph of Scope of Work, before “Activity”, insert “(now expired)”, or otherwise clarify that work under T22CM02163 was never given final inspection approval by PDSD. 4. In 1st paragraph of Scope of Work, clarify who contracted Sturgeon Electric to perform the referenced electrical service work under T22CM02163). 5. In 2nd paragraph of Scope of Work, correct the manufacturer and model number of the meter/main combo installed under T22CM02163; the number provided is for the Eaton disconnect and the installed panel appears to be a legacy Milbank, as “Milbank” is embossed on the panel cover. 6. After 3rd paragraph of Scope of Work, add paragraph indicating that the meter/main combo, Eaton disconnect, and associated conduit/wiring are to be replaced by a standard meter socket box and conduit/wiring run to the 122 panel. 7. In Panel Schedule, add load for timer on second 15A circuit and adjust v-a totals accordingly (see T14BU01356, where a 6 v-a load was entered for the timer on the second of the two 15A circuits in a 122 panel). 8. In One-Line Diagram, delete one of two 15A breakers depicted for the light fixtures circuit. 9. In One-Line Diagram, add timer on a second 15A circuit (see Comment #4 above). 10. In One-Line Diagram, delete depicted disconnect, as it is not a like installation. 11. In One-Line Diagram, revise reference to replacement meter being installed by TEP as necessary. 12. In Electrical Service (Exist.), revise outline pf 122 panel to solid lines, as it is not to be removed. 13. In Electrical Service (Exist.), revise designation for Eaton disconnect and associated ½” seal-tite to indicate installed under T22CM02163 and to be removed. 14. In Electrical Service (New), delete meter/main box, Eaton disconnect and associated ½” seal-tite and depict standard meter socket box to be installed as a replacement for the one removed from the south face of the I-Beam. 15. Add boxed detail from west I-bam face perspective, depicting and describing the conduit and wiring between the replacement meter socket and the 122 panel. 16. Provide cross-section detail of the trench and conduit for the UG electrical service line. 17. In Title Block, revise title to “Authorized Electrical Repair”. 18, Add standard note regarding removal of light fixtures from the site (replicating renumbered Note # 11 on Sheet 1 of 2). |
