1. Sheet LS101/First Floor Life Safety Plan: The outpatient therapy gym and the reception area are open to the corridor. While this is permitted, the open space is required to be provided with an automatic fire detection system. Also, the
corridors are required to be protected by an automatic fire detection system or quick response sprinklers in the smoke compartment. No indication has been provided to the level of protection provided. Provide evidence of compliance in
accordance with 2018 IBC Section 407.2.1 #2 and #3.

Sheet LS101/ Second Floor Life Safety Plan: The corridor that serves the following rooms doesn't appear to be protected properly; Conference Room (252), HR (251), Nurse Director (249), Rehab Director (247), CNO ( 245). COMMENT: Zoning has reviewed the building plan for compliance with TD-DEV-0623-00283 and although it appears that the building plans match the DP Zoning cannot approve the building plans until the revision to the DP is approved by all review agencies.
