Per Tucson Unified Development Code (UDC) 3.3.3.G.2.c, as you are proposing building or structure additions as well as a reconfiguration of an area outside a building, a development package in accordance with Administrative Manual 2-06.0.0 is required. The associated development package shall be submitted, reviewed, and approved prior to Zoning approval of TC-COM-1023-02504. The development package is a separate submittal and shall be applied for under application type “Development Package” on the Tucson Development Center Online.
