The EOR’s Seal is not legible and many of the details are too blurry to read, 2018 IBC section 107.1. 2. Sheet E0.1, Sheet Index does not show all the relevant pages. Provide a corrected index, IBC section 107.1. 3. Sheet ES1.0, Keynotes items 1-4 shows 4 different services being upgraded, “N”, “E”, “S”, “W”. Provide line diagrams for all four service upgrades. IBC section 107.1, NEC 90.4. 4. Sheet E4.0 Load summaries for feeders “S3” and “S4” don’t match the feeder labels in the line diagram.
