If the discharge temperature of the dishwasher will be greater than 140 degrees Fahrenheit, show that the temperature rating of the drainage pipe material is suitable for the highest temperature of the wastewater or provide an approved tempering device for the wastewater. Reference: Section 702.5, IPC 2018. 3. An approved 2-way cleanout fitting is allowed to be used at the junction of a building drain and a building sewer, otherwise, cleanouts shall open to allow cleaning only in the direction of flow. Reference: Section 708.1.8, IPC 2018. 4. Provide a vent for the floor drain located in the outside janitor room. Reference: Section 901.2.1, IPC 2018 5. Verify that all of the vents (except for vents serving interceptors located outdoors) rise vertically to at least 6” above the flood rims of the fixtures they protect prior to running horizontally. Reference: Sections 202 (Horizontal Pipe) and 905.4, IPC 2018. 6. Verify that the Pima County Regional Wastewater Reclamation Department will allow the use of an over-sized gravity grease interceptor.
