3. If the exterior lighting is to be replaced, provide full compliance with the 2012 City of Tucson Outdoor Lighting Code.

4. Revise the power requirements for the AC systems and revise the electrical load calculations accordingly. See Mechanical Equipment schedule for AC power specs.

1. The structural (Starling, Madison, Lofquist, Inc.) engineer's fire damage investigation enumerated structural fire damage on roof rafters/sheathing/framing members, party separation walls wood studs/top & bottom plates, structurally fire damaged dropped ceiling joists, interior separation walls between bathroom and kitchen, etc. Structural members being removed and replaced. This apply for both Unit 524 and 525.
2. Submit the stamped repair drawings done by the structural engineer as mentioned in their report.
3. Locate the fire damaged areas needing repair on your drawings, provide detail drawings supporting how the repairs are being addressed.
4. Please resubmit.
