Clarify the location of the proposed ramada as the site drawings provided are stamped and dated from June of 2003. If any building or structure additions are proposed, a site plan (development package) that meets the Checklist for Minor Development Changes to Existing Commercial/Industrial Sites is required per UDC 3.3.3.G.2.c: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/sharedassets/public/v/1/pdsd/documents/permits/minor_changes_to_commercial_industrial_sites_.pdf. The development package is a separate submittal and shall be applied for through the Tucson Development Center Online under application type “Development Package.” Zoning cannot approve TC-COM-1023-02454 until all reviewers have approved the associated development package.
