Cover Sheet: Please provide a Building number, for the building in this permit, as a part of the address. IBC Section 107.2.1 2. Cover Sheet: Please revise the plans to identify the location of the toilet facilities to be used by building occupants and indicate the distance from the building to those facilities, in accordance with 2024 IBC Section 2902.3.3. 3. Cover Sheet: Please revise the List of Drawings to match the submitted construction documents. The cover sheet is included but not listed, while Sheets A-9 and A-9A are listed but not provided. Please submit a corrected sheet index and a complete, coordinated plan set that includes all listed sheets, in accordance with 2024 IBC Section 107.2.1. 4. Sheet A-10: Please revise the drawings to provide a clear 5′ × 5′ ramp landing at the door, free of encroachment from the guard/handrail assembly, in accordance with 2024 IBC Section 1012.6.4. Also, indicate that the landing slope shall not exceed 2% in any direction, per 2024 IBC Section 1012.6.1. 4. Sheet A-10: Please indicate the total ramp rise and provide handrails on both sides where the rise exceeds 6 inches, per 2024 IBC Section 1012.8. Provide details for handrail height, continuity, extensions, and terminations in accordance with Sections 1014.2, 1014.4, and 1014.7. Handrail extensions shall return to the guard or ramp. Provide a detailed cross-section of the Type II handrail demonstrating that corners and edges have a minimum radius of 0.01 inch and are not sharp, per 2024 IBC Section 1014.4.2. 5. Sheet A-10: Please provide construction details and structural calculations showing how the handrail/guard assembly and its attachments resist a 200-pound concentrated load and a 50-pound-per-linear-foot uniform load, in accordance with 2024 IBC Sections 1607.9.2 and 1607.9.1.1.
