The above ovens require Type I Hood. i. Please submit a floor plan showing the location of these ovens and the location of the hood(s). ii. Please submit structural calculations and detail drawings illustrating how this hood is supported from above. iii. Provide all required Mechanical/Electrical information. 2. With the above, this is the wrong building permit type. a. Please apply for a Commercial Alteration building permit. i. Ensure to include the sealed/signed/dated Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical drawings from each state licensed consultants. 3. The valuation provided is $15. Valuation includes equipment/labor/material. Please provide the accurate construction bid for this project. 4. Please resubmit. |
