Provide sufficient information to demonstrate compliance with the applicable general requirements for simple trade work and to establish the extent of work being performed. IBC 105.3 2) The scope of work must include a set of plans prepared and stamped by an Arizona-licensed registered design professional (engineer or architect), as applicable. The proposed work must comply with the currently adopted building codes.
