COMMENTS:
1. LOCATION
a. There is confusion as to what is the correct address. Please correct this.
b. On the aerial photo/map, please locate/label the location of the unit this HVAC system is being installed. Please enter the correct address as part of the label.
c. Our inspector will use this aerial photo to locate the unit where the inspection will be conducted.
2. MANUAL J
a. Submit the Manual J, S, D & the Extended Rating Table. Your HVAC supplier/installer would have a proprietary software to generate this document except for the extended rating table which comes from the manufacturer. The J is to provide information as to what the home is requiring as far cooling and heating are concerned. The S will tell us what manufacturer and what model is chosen to meet what the J is requiring. The D will provide duct sizes their CFM capacity as well as the number of diffusers and return air are installed along with the drawing layout showing the CFM for each diffuser and the return air grills. The Extended Rating Table from the manufacturer will provide the information as to the actual capacity of the HVAC.
