Please provide updated plans that show compliance with the currently adopted codes. You cannot use plans that show compliance with the 2017 NEC or 2018 IBC. You also cannot add new information to plans previously sealed by a Registrant. 2. The provided plans were reviewed previously and had the following review comments that were not addressed. Please address all comments: Ref; Electrical Line Diagram. 1. Show the new electrical service riser conduit size and conductor quantity, sizes and types. 2. Show the AIC ratings for the service and sub-panels. 3. Show the existing underground conduit sizes and types for the panel feeders. Ref; Power and Lighting, Site Plan. 1. Are the receptacles, fans and luminaires new to be installed per this project or are they existing? 2. If the work bench area is not enclosed provide WP/ GFI protected outlets and devices, per NEC 210.8(B). 3. If the work areas or building(s) are not totally enclosed where lighting is installed, provide full compliance with the 2012 City of Tucson Outdoor Lighting Code. Include any other exterior lighting on the parcel. 4. What about the Existing Utility Building? Show all electrical devices and lighting connecting to the new sub-panel ‘C’. 5. Provide compliance with the 2018 IECC if applicable. |
