Please provide complete architectural and structural construction documents, including structural calculations, prepared, signed, and sealed by design professionals licensed to practice in the State of Arizona. Reference: Section 107.1, IBC 2024, City of Tucson Commercial Submittal Requirements, and Arizona Revised Statutes 32-125, Board of Technical Registration Rules R4-30-304. 2. Please show the maneuvering space at each door and the turning space in the Spa room on the plans. 2017 ICC A117.1 304.3.1.2 & 404.2.3.3 3. Please revise the plans to provide at least one accessible changing station. IBC 1110.17 A. The accessible changing rooms shall meet the technical requirements of 2017 ICC A117.1 Section 8 to include 803.2 Turning space. A turning space shall be provided within the room 803.4 Benches. A bench complying with Section 903 shall be provided within the room. 803.5 Coat hooks and shelves. Coat hooks provided within the room shall accommodate a forward reach or side reach complying with Section 308. Where provided, a shelf shall be 40 inches minimum and 48 inches maximum above the floor. Please also show how the spa beds are protected against backflow. Reference: Section 423, IPC 2024. 4. The plumbing fixture schedule specifies a floor sink, but the floor sink does not appear to be shown on the plumbing plan. Please revise the plans to clarify and update the plumbing fixture schedule as necessary. 5. Please provide water, sewer, and vent isometrics for the sink (P5), refrigerator(P6), and washer(P4).
