Provide structural construction drawings, design calculations, and details for the Metal Canopy, including the permanent anchorage system to the ground. The current wheeled structure chained to the ground shall be evaluated and anchored to resist applicable wind, uplift, and sliding forces. 2024 IBC Sections 1603.1, 1604.8, 1604.9, and 1609. 2. Please include the Metal Canopy in the code analysis if it is to remain and be a part of this address. IBC 107.2.1 3. Please verify the 903 W Miracle Mile address with Pima County Addressing as we do not show that address in our records. Additionally, provide the following information for the entire structure. For example, buildings using the address of 901 & 903 W Miracle Mile. A. Each building’s primary occupancy classification is shown. IBC 302.1 B. Each building states all the occupancy classifications it contains. IBC 302.1 C. Buildings with more than one occupancy classification identify the mixed occupancy methodology as either accessory, nonseparated, separated, or a stated combination of types. IBC 508.1 4. Please show the Metal Canopy on the code analysis and on a dimensioned architectural site plan. IBC 107.2.6 5. Please provide a valuation for this new Metal Canopy using our valuation table and the square footage of the area of the canopy. COMMENT: Zoning could not locate a permit for the metal canopy located in the northern portion of the lot. Per UDC 3.3.3.G.c., existing development undergoing a change of use, building or structure additions, and/or a reconfiguration of an area outside a building requires a site plan for review and approval. Either remove this structure, or submit a Development Package (DP) application.
