Medical Service Outpatient (excluding blood donor centers) is an allowed use subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.4.O.2 and 4.9.13.O. Comments: Please resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed. 1. Comment: Per UDC Article 3.3.3.G.2.c, a site plan (Development Package) is required for the following types of development: Existing development undergoing a change of use, building structure additions, and/or a reconfiguration of an area outside a building. A Development Package (DP) meeting the minimum requirements is required to be submitted and approved. The DP is a separate submittal from the building plans. Site zoning is unable to approve this building permit until the DP has been approved by all reviewers. 2.
