Smoke Detectors, Windows, doors, water leak on roof from cooler, water leaking though roof to ceiling in kitchen, Hall and room, water running down walls leaving puddles on floor. i. Should the above be for this address, please add the proposed repairs drawings to this permit. (NOTE: if the repairs are made without a permit, do include them into this permit in order for them to be made legal.) ii. Should the above be for another address, please apply for another permit with drawings illustrating the repairs being made. (NOTE: if the repairs are made without a permit, do include them into this New permit in order for them to be made legal.)
