On your plan drawings, please identify/label the work being proposed using the items listed below allowing the city to confirm the items below have been addressed. 1. THE FOLLOWING REQUIRES RESOLUTION: a. CE-VIO1123-06525 - 3052 N SPARKMAN BL Code Violation Parcel 111051560 (North parcel) Link to PRO Items needing to be permitted: 1. HVAC System removed and replaced with 3 new mini-split systems with no permits 2. Water heater removed – replacement needs a permit 3. New electrical to mini-splits 4. New electrical in kitchen, recessed lighting added 5. Mini-split systems installed at 3054 with no permits 6. Electrical to new mini-split systems at 3054 Permits needing to be completed: 1. TC-COM-0624-01144 – Water service line replacement – Status “Inspections” 2. Please add the above work into this permit. i. Please correct your drawings to reflect these additional work. 3. Please resubmit. |
