Plan review for the above referenced structure has been completed. This letter reflects comments to be addressed. Provide updated Plans/calculations and a written response Letter to each of the notated items indicating action taken. Resubmitted plans that do not contain a written response Letter addressing each of the notated items indicating action taken, may be delayed until response letter is received.
Code reference, 2018 International Building Code (IBC), 2017 National Electrical Code (NEC).

1. Provide an electrical plan showing any/all electrical work specific to the buildings and site.
Plans shall include (as necessary for scope of work), but may not be limited to items below:
2. Provide electrical load calculations, for the Main Panel showing it can support the additional electrical load, Per NEC 220.40.
3. Show all wiring methods in detail for all new or modified branch circuit conductors and feeders. Conductor type and conduit size/type. Note wet use requirements. NEC arts;300 and 408.4.
4. Provide a panel schedules, showing the circuits that are being modified, added or removed or existing. NEC arts;300 and 408.4. Include panel bus rating and A.I.C. rating. IBC 107.1.
5. Provide an electrical floor plans and Designate the circuit number on the electrical plans, that corresponds to the panel schedule, at the location of each existing, new or modified light fixture, receptacle, and equipment disconnect switch, NEC arts;300 and 408.4. IBC 107.1.
