1. The previous approved CofO was for a hair salon and there appears to be significant floorplan changes. Permit: T08OT02583.
2. Provide as-built electrical plans that show compliance with the relevant IEBC chapter 10, and NEC for change of use from hair salon to a tattoo parlor.

1007.4 Number of electrical outlets.
Where the occupancy of an existing building or part of an existing building is changed, the number of electrical outlets shall comply with NFPA 70 for the new occupancy.
The number of outlets that are inherent to an area undergoing a change of occupancy must meet NFPA 70 requirements for the new occupancy.

3. Provide a panel schedule, showing all existing circuits that and any that are added, removed or modified. NEC arts;300 and 408.4. Include panel bus rating and A.I.C. rating. IBC 107.1.
4. Designate the circuit number on the electrical plans, that corresponds to the panel schedule, at the location of each existing, receptacles, etc., NEC arts;300 and 408.4. IBC 107.1. Each electrical outlet should be labeled by panel and circuit number.

It appears significant modifications have occurred since then, including the removal and addition of interior walls. Please provide a floor plan of the entire building, including the adjacent office space. The floor plan should clearly show all building entrances/exits and existing walls.
