Comments: Please resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

1. Comment: Zoning has conducted a cursory review of the building permit and while it appears the site plan is consistent with the development package, Site Zoning cannot approve this building permit until the associated development package (TD-DEV-0925-00236) has been approved by all reviewers. Please ensure the building plans provided match what is being reviewed in the development package revision.

2. Comment: Sheet two Building Area lists 64,902 G.S.F. while the related DP building footprint is 63,835 G.F.A.

The building G.F.A. must match. Correct the building footprint to match for consistency.

3. Comment: Additional comments may be forthcoming based on responses to zoning comments and plans submitted.
