TC-COM-0925-01718 PROJECT: THE PLACE AT MASON RANCH – SWIMMING POOL ADDRESS/PARCEL: 2945 N BEAR CANYON RD Plan review for the above referenced structure has been completed. This letter reflects comments to be addressed. The scope of this plan review covers architectural, plumbing, mechanical, energy conservation and electrical. All code references are to the 2018 International Swimming Pool and Spa Code, 2018 International Residential Code and 2018 International Energy Conservation Code. All features were checked only to the extent allowed by the submittals provided. All portions of this project are assumed to meet or will meet other departmental requirements, conditions and concerns before permit approval. COMMENTS: 1. SHEET SP-002 – Include the details for the access gate or provide those sheets on next submittal 2. SHEET SP-101 – Include details for water fountain or include sheets from other drawing in next submittal 3. SHEET SP-102 – include dimensions of post for E3 &E4 from sheet SP- 101 from spa. 4. SHEET SP-301 – Misspelled ‘Below’ on Section 1: Pool Section – Length 5. DETAIL – Show Detail of how E3 & E4 from SP- 101 are attached to post, include dimensions of height from ground. 6. Please upload your revised plans to TDC-Online with a revision letter outlining what has been revised on the doc set. Resubmittals will not be accepted without the revision letter that answers all of the above comments.
