Site Engineering Comments:
1. This site resides within the Tucson Arryo AE floodplain and will require the submission of a floodplain use permit (FPU) with cost estimate.
2. For the FPU permit please submit a cost estimate form that will break down the total cost into separate lines, separating labor, materials/equipment, and warranties/fees associated with the project. Ensure to have company/contractor letterhead on the document for proper documentation. This cost estimate will be used for substantial improvement calculations.
3. The FPU permit is a separate permit that can be submitted for within the sub-records of this commercial permit on TDC online.
4. Final Site Engineering approval for permit TC-COM-0925-01698 will occur once the FPU permit is fully processed as well as development package TD-DEV-0425-00121.
5. It is understood that a FPU permit has been submitted for the site work, this new FPU permit will be linked directly to the commercial building permit.
