The timer device cannot be placed withing the service panel as this would violate the panel’s listing, NEC 110.3(B). | 09/22/2025 | Signs | REQUIRES RESUBMIT | September 18. 2025 2436 N. 1st Ave. - TC-COM-0925-01640; COT 465 Repair Permit Application Comments: 1. The thickness of the existing and proposed plywood panels is not noted. The thickness must be "like for like". 2. On Sheet 4 of 4, the One-Line Diagram identifies a "Crouse Hinds Disconnect" that is to be replaced with a new 122 Panel. The disconnect is not noted on the elevation of the 'Electrical Service (Exist.)" Please verify what is being removed and what is being installed in its place. 3. Also on the One-Line Diagram, it looks like a total of eight light fixtures are being reinstalled, yet the "New Panel A" identifies two light fixtures per side for a total of four fixtures. Does the One-Line show actual bulbs (2 per fixture?). Please confirm which is correct. Kathi McLaughlin, BRC Reviewer |
