1. Specify the cycle time for the metering faucets. The metering faucets shall dispense a maximum of 0.25 gallons per metering cycle. Verify that the faucet cycle will last for at least 10-seconds for accessibility. Reference: Section 412.11, IPC 2018, as amended by the City of Tucson and Section 606.4, ICC/ANSI A117.1-09.
2. If the shower does not have a prefabricated receptor, provide details to show that the construction of the receptor complies with the requirements of Section 421.5, IPC 2018.
3. For the use of PEX tubing, provide a branch tube sizing chart showing the correct size of PEX tubing to be used as a substitute for the copper pipe shown on the drawings. Reference: Sections 303.2 and 604.3, IPC 2018.
4. Verify that the distance from the hot water source to the hot water termination for the public lavatories complies with the requirements of Section C404.5, IECC 2018.
