Should the above not followed, it may delay your approval. COMMENTS: 1. TWO DWELLING UNITS INVOLVED. a. Unit 2343 i. This permit (TC-COM-0925-01612), the City will continue using this permit for unit 2343. ii. Thank You for submitting the structural engineer’s inspection and suggested remedies for the identified damages. iii. Provide a Floor Plan. On the floor plan, identify the damages. iv. Provide drawings illustrating/depicting the suggested solutions and fixes. v. Ensure to provide drawings corresponding to the items on the fire damage report. vi. Provide detail drawings such as the wall replacement, detail wall drawing at the furred wall, if party walls are damaged and needing repair… provide drawings that illustrate what is being installed to comply to the fire rating requirement from floor to underside of the roof sheathing. vii. Are the bathroom and kitchen cabinets being removed and replaced. viii. Are the kitchen appliances being replaced. Notate this on your drawings. ix. Are any of the doors being replaced as a result of the fire damage. x. Are the alarm system damaged. Show on your drawing if any of the smoke detectors are being replaced (show on your drawings by labeling them and their location and their status). b. Unit 2341 i. Each unit must have their own building permit. ii. Please submit a separate building permit application for Unit 2341. iii. Please submit the same items as listed within Unit 2343 above. 2.
