A development package that meets the Checklist for Minor Development Changes to Existing Commercial/Industrial Sites is required for this proposal: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/sharedassets/public/v/1/pdsd/documents/permits/minor_changes_to_commercial_industrial_sites_.pdf. The development package is a separate submittal and shall be applied for through the Tucson Development Center Online under application type “Development Package.” Zoning cannot approve TC-COM-0924-01820 until the submitted development package has been approved by all reviewers.
