The submitted documents were incomplete and a thorough plan review could not be performed. Please be aware, new comments may arise with the next review. Review will not proceed without the response letter. COMMENTS: 1. Please provide the clear opening of the door at the New Restroom or provide a Door Schedule for all the doors. 2. The New Restroom door does not have the 18 inch clearance required for a front approach-pull side configuration as shown on your exhibit on sheet A7, configuration (a). Or simply pull the entire restroom to the frond end of the hallway, thereby there would be over 18” clearance as well as providing a more generous kitchen space in the back, killing 2 issues with one stone. 3. Similarly with item #2 above, the back door does not have the necessary pull clearance of 18 inches between the door opening and the mop sink. This can be reduced to 12 inches using the push configuration by changing the swing in the direction of travel as required by the building code. 4. Please resubmit. |
