Comment: If this is a change of use from Administrative and Professional Office use to a more intense parking ratio use a Development Package will be required. 3. Comment: If this will remain an administrative and professional office use ensure that the use is shown as a general note and that it is reflected as an office use on the site plan. 4. Comment: Additional comments may be forthcoming on the next review based on the proposed use for the alteration and applicable use specific standards.
