1. For TMC to conduct business within this facility, there would have been an existing Certificate of Occupancy. Please provide a description of the reason for this New Certificate of Occupancy.
2. Please provide an in-depth Code Analysis of the entire facility. Identify and Label each spaces to include the Occupancy Classification, Square Footage and Occupant Load. Please provide the minimum required plumbing fixtures.
3. The submitted Plans shows blank spaces. Please label/identify each spaces.
4. Provide an Egress Plan. Please do make sure to show the furnitures and equipments as these will affect the path of egress. At each egress indicate the travel distance and the number of occupants exiting as well as the exit width.
5. Please resubmit.
