Prince Rd. – C-2 Multifamily Building with Clinic (2nd Review) TRANSMITTAL DATE: November 21, 2024 This comment was not addressed. Resubmit revised drawings detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed. This site is located in the C-2 zone (UDC 4.7.21). Multifamily development is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-4). Medical service-outpatient, excluding blood donor centers, is a permitted use in this zone subject to use-specific standards 4.9.4.O.2 and 4.9.13.P. 1. Zoning has reviewed the building plans for compliance with development package (DP) TD-DEV-0924-00246 and although it appears that the building plans match, until the DP is approved by all review agencies, Zoning cannot approve this building plan. 2. The DP sheets provided in the building plan either need to be the stamped approved plans, or marked for reference only. If you elect to mark the DP for reference only do not mark the Utility sheets for reference only as Plumbing needs to review.
