2) Sheet G002 (Project Details): The occupant load has not been calculated correctly and some areas were not included in the calculations. The lobby/waiting area is to be calculated at 1 person per 5 sf for standing area, the partner and patio areas are to be calculated at 1 per 15 sf, the office is 1 per 150 sf (1 occupant), the entire kitchen area is 1 per 200 sf (labeled as Engine, BOH and the room not labeled but with the 3-compartment sink). Please revise all affected sheets. (2018 IBC section 1004 and Table 1004.5)

3) Sheet G002 (Project Details): The occupant load appears to exceed 25 and requires separate toilet rooms. Please revise the calculations and all affected sheets. (2018 IPC section 403.2)

4) Sheet G002 (Project Details): Show the outline of the roof on the floor plan and include the areas under the roof in the building area calculations. (2018 IBC section 107 and Chapter 2 Building Area definition)

5) Sheet E-1100 (Electrical Site Plan): Include the light pole drawings and details. (2018 IBC section 107)

6) Sheets E-1101 and E-1102 (Electrical Power Plan): Show all rooftop, exterior, receptacles within 6ft of a sink, and kitchen receptacles are GFCI protected. (2017 NEC sections 210.8(B)(2), (3), (4), and (5))

7) Sheet E-1103 (Lighting Plan): Exit discharge lighting and the lighting for the patio dining space is not shown. (2018 IBC section 1008)

8) Sheet P100 (Plumbing Details): Provide the drainage fixture unit calculations for the correct DWV pipe sizing. (2018 IPC section 709.1)

Either TD-DEV-0123-00074 will need to be revised to show these changes, or these changes shall be removed from the building permit plan set.
