Please resubmit revised drawings and any redlined plans along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed. This site is located in the C-3 zone (UDC 4.9.22). Multifamily is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-4). 1. 1.COMMENT: Once the plans have been reviewed and approved by Commercial Plan Reviewers and zoning has verified consistency with the DP, the building plans can be approved by zoning. 2.COMMENT: Provide a breakdown showing square footage of each unit type with the next submittal so that impact fees can be calculated correctly.
