S-200 - FOOTING SIZES: The Revised Foundation Plan shows new spread footings on Gridline F between Gridlines 5 & 7 that are labeled "F5x24". Footing type "F5x24" does not appear on the Pad Footing Schedule shown on the same sheet.
Please verify the dimensions and reinforcement used on this footing type.
S-210 - BEAM SUPPORT: The Revised Foundation Plan, S-200, has been changed to remove the two HSS columns between Gridlines 9 & 10, F & G. These columns supported a wide-flange beam W18x35 on the Level 2 Floor Framing Plan,
S-210. The Revised Sheet S-210 still shows a wide-flange beam at this location. Please confirm how this beam is being supported, and how the moment-frame connections are being accomplished without the steel columns. Calculations may be
required to support a steel-beam-wood-post moment connection.

2). Plan page P3.1: Plan page shows the laundry tray drainage connection being deleted at every floor level including level 1. Plan pages P1.4 , P1.2, P1.1 still show the laundry tray remaining on the floor plans? Update plan pages so the floor plans
and riser diagrams correlate. Update all affected plan pages- 2018 IPC 106.3.1
