Reference: Section 606.1(2), IPC 2018. 4. Provide specifications and details for the ice and water station (e.g. will an ice maker be installed, with backflow protection?). Reference: Sections 608.1 and 608.3, IPC 2018 and Section 107.2.1, IBC 2018. 5. Clarify the civil site plan, showing the route of the building sewer to the public sewer and the connection to the public sewer. Reference: Section 107.2.1, IBC 2018. 6. Specify the material of construction for the building sewer pipes. Reference: Sections 702.1 and 702.2, IPC 2018. 7. Provide cleanouts for the building sewer; the cleanouts shall not be located greater than 100-feet apart, measured along the developed pipe length from the upstream entrance of the cleanout. Reference: Section 708.1.2, IPC 2018. 8. Provide the rim elevation of the next upstream sanitary manhole and the first-floor elevations for the trailers. Determine the need for a backwater valve per Section 714.1, IPC 2018, as amended by the City of Tucson. |
