This means show the branch circuit # and panel designation next to each device. The Branch circuit # must correlate with the panel schedule.

Previous comment #3. “Provide compliance with NEC 517.13 where applicable.” Per NEC 517.13 , any areas considered patient care areas including exam room must meet the wiring methods qualified as to provide redundant grounding, Romex (NM) cables and similar not allowed. All wiring in these areas must be installed in metallic conduit or an approved AC type cable.
