3. Provide a Complete Set of Construction Documents such as wall details, etc.
4. Indicate the Occupancy Classification, (ensure that your selection confirms what you selected from the City Zoning Code).
5.) Illustrate your complying to ICC ANSI A117.
6.) Provide Fire Sprinkler information if applicable per IBC 420 and processed as a separate permit. Submit the drawings to Tucson Fire Department for review and approval. They will conduct fire inspection, the inspection approval document will be required before issuing the Certificate of Occupancy.
7.) If a fire alarm is required [IBC 907], indicate them on your drawing.
8.) Illumination with emergency backup power is required in all components of the means of egress system [IBC 1008]. Please locate those equipments on your plan (to be inspected by Tucson Fire Department). Electrical work (conductors/wiring/breaker ONLY) related to the installation of Emergency Lights, Lighted Signs, Fire/Audible/Smoke Alarms/Fire Extinguisher will be inspected by City of Tucson inspectors, show on your plans so that our inspectors will know what wiring/breaker to inspect and shall also be reviewed as part of this permit.
9.) Include the Minimum Plumbing Fixture required on your code analysis and identify them on your drawings.
10.) Include your parking calculation in your code analysis and show the parking stalls/handicap stall & striping along with their sign on your site plan.
11.) The above items are crucial for the Certificate of Occupancy to be issued.
12.) Please resubmit.
