This site is located in the PAD-16 (UDC 4.7.24). Medical Service Major is an allowed use in the PAD. 1. Until TD-DEV-0923-00386 has been accepted for its first review Zoning cannot review the building plans for compliance with the development package (DP). Zoning will review the building plans on the next submittal but cannot approve until the DP has been reviewed and approved by all review agencies. 2. Zoning will review the building plans on the next submittal as it relates to the zoning review purview and compare the building plan footprint, building height, and square footage and location to ensure consistency with the DP.
