This site is located in the C-2 Zone (UDC 4.7.21). Vehicle Rental and Sales is an allowed use in the zone (UDC Table 4.8-4), subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.9.G.1& .2. 1. Provide approved permit documentation for the fence called out under keynote 16 and the storage container called out under keynote 18. If you are not able to provide approved permit documents a development package (DP) meeting the requirements of Administrative Manual (AM) 2-06 must be submitted and approved prior to approval of this building plan.
